The Akheva have been emboldened and have reached out into the lands adjacent to their sacred Vex Thal. The Elysians, who called the Umbral Plains home ages ago, have largely been erased, their structures torn down, making way for a large scrying pool occupied and tended by the Akheva and their shades. The other denizens of the Plains have been pushed back to the edges and into the caves. Tribes that never worked together before are seen together, trying to survive.
